Fun and Functional Bootcamps in Malvern

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the fun and exciting side of fitness and utilise both bodyweight and weighted exercises. I enjoy working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients, providing both small group sessions and 1:1 personal training.

Variety is the spice of life!
Our passion is creating a fitness program that is fun and effective, it's not very often that you can find both within a bootcamp. We utilise a huge variety of training techniques and equipment to mix it up. There will be members leaderboards, challenges, competitions regularly held.


If you choose our intro to bootcamp session or personal training program then we will work with you to set your very own personal goals to start you off on your journey with us. These goals will be monitored and tweaked to suit.


You set those all important goals but what then? Well that's where we come in, we will monitor your progress and if you need the odd nudge in the right direction then we are there for you. It's not just a bootcamp or fitness class its about creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle


We will hold regular social events throughout the year from a chilled out stroll on the hills, a time trial to track improvements, team mud run events or even a goal race such as a local 10k, all of our members will have access to book these events

I'm Jess and I'm mum to two lovely kids (ok I admit they are only lovely some of the time...), I am an extremely keen horse rider and runner and you will often see me out running with the Malvern Joggers or participating in adventure races such as Tough Guy - yep that's me in the photo above and don't worry I won't make you do it - unless you want to of course!

 I could see a massive gap in the market for fitness classes that are fun and create amazing results, I fully understand that it is so hard to make time for yourself and go and do another arduous fitness class!

I program all of my sessions to be fun and varied and will include Kettlersise (kettlebells to you and me), dumbbells, Blazepod Training, circuits, suspension training and maybe the odd burpee or two.....

Suitable for complete beginners or seasoned athletes.

This is a popular trend in the fitness world today. Whether it’s losing weight or trimming and toning, my program will improve your health and have you feeling great. You’ll see an improvement in your performance in no time.

Fit Happens is different from your usual bootcamp style class where I utilise top of the range training systems to vary each program and ensure it's enjoyable.

Whilst Covid is still around we are conducting all sessions outdoors and we will vary the location.

Our 1:1 personal training sessions are perfect to help you reach your goals, after an initial consultation we make a program specifically made to suit your needs, we can help you whatever your ability from a complete beginner to a seasoned athlete we can create a program to improve your life and fitness.

We recommend one or two sessions a week with us and we will set you "homework" to do on the other days, all of our programs run in 8 week blocks.

Our personal training sessions can be held at your home, in a public space or in our private studio here in Malvern.
